Hi my dear sweet Pisces friends,


Your season has come! Pisces may be my favorite zodiac sign (besides mine - the wonderfully amazing Capricorn...but, I digress).


If you're a Pisces, you probably pooh pooh at self-care advice because like, why is everyone giving you a checklist of crap to do when all you really need is permission and acceptance to feel everything deeply in peace. "Set boundaries." "Be more practical." "Stop being so sensitive."


Yeah, no - you don't want that!


As a woman with a very dear Pisces sister friend, I believe in honoring your authentic nature (not fighting against it). And for Pisces, that authentic nature is deeply intuitive, emotionally connected, and beautifully empathetic and selfless.


Pisces self-care has to include emotional space, creative expression, and permission to feel not fix.


So today, I'm sharing my favorite 8 self-care rituals specifically for Pisces energy - gentle, restorative, and unapologetically sensitive.



Why Traditional Self-Care Is Not A Thing For Pisces


Before we dive into the rituals, let me tell you why I think self-care rituals usually do not land for you.

So when someone tells you to "just set boundaries and move on" or "stop taking things so personally," it literally goes against your nature.
