I started Positively Penned because I know what it's like to stand in a grocery store aisle, heart racing, wondering if anyone can tell you're having a panic attack. Since losing my grandfather in 2003, anxiety has been my unwelcome companion - but journaling became my way through.
Who This Space Is For
This space is for women over 40 who are tired of feeling like anxiety controls their lives. For moms who journal in stolen moments. For Capricorns like me who need structure AND softness. For anyone who wants to build self-worth without the toxic positivity.
